Rule number one, what you eat should never be referred to as a diet rather just another day. The bottom line is to realize what you’re putting into your body. Anything with more than 5 ingredients in it is probably not good. It’s just not natural. You need to stick to putting healthier things into your body. This means tons of fruits, vegetables, fish and lean meats. There are plenty of delicious easy to follow recipe’s out there. Even tons of apps! The sooner you incorporate this you will see and feel the difference!
It’s not only important to eat the right foods but to eat at the right times. You should never starve yourself. Always stay hydrated and carry healthy snacks with you in case you’re not able to fit in a meal. Almonds are a great snack and help you stay full longer. You should never go more than 4 hours without eating as you should never let yourself get to the “I’m STARVING” point.

Depending on your age, everyone requires a certain amount of sleep and if there’s a deficit it will definitely show in other aspects of your life. It’s important to get the recommended amount of sleep to feel refreshed and stay focused. Did you know that if you add an hour of sleep per night, you could drop 14 pounds this year!
It’s recommended to get 60 minutes of exercise each day. Along with the word “diet”, “exercise” can be a taboo word also. Try not to think of exercise as work or something you dread doing. There are so many activities out there that you can incorporate for a healthy lifestyle. Even if you don’t like sports, you can garden or take a dance class.
