Medical Assisting (AAS)
At Plaza College, applied clinical experience is at the heart of our premier medical assisting program. Our graduates are Registered Medical Assistants (RMAs), working side by side with doctors to treat patients and keep healthcare centers running efficiently.
Medical Assisting is an Associate of Applied Science degree program consisting of advanced clinical and administrative courses such as phlebotomy, anatomy and physiology, medical terminology, and billing and coding. This program holds specialized accreditation through the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs.
