Career Pathways at Plaza College is a program that allows students whom demonstrate a strong commitment to their education the opportunity to earn their High School Equivalency diploma (HSE) while studying for their specialized degree or certificate. This program allows students to develop the skills they will need to be successful in the workforce, and is only for those who have not previously earned their high school diploma or the equivalent (such as a GED).

To earn your HSE diploma while studying for your Office Assistant certificate, New York State regulations require that students take and pass courses in the areas covered on the TASC exam. Students will take these 24 credits as part of the 60 credit Office Assistant certificate program.
